Serine354/Threonine357/Threonine358 (S354/T357/T358) is major phosphorylation site of the Lysophosphatidic Acid Receptor 4 (LPA4). The pS354/pT357/pT358-LPA4 antibody detects phosphorylation in response to agonists. S354/T357/T358 phosphorylation is likely to be involved in efficient ligand sequestration by LPA.

Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the LPA4-Receptor (LPA4) were either not exposed or exposed to 1 µM of LPA4-Receptor agonists 1-oleoyl-LPA for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pS354/pT357/pT358-LPA4 antibody (7TM0094C) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-LPA4 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
