The non-phospho-CCR10 receptor antibody is directed against the distal end of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human CCR10. It can be used to detect total CCR10 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The CCR10 antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich CCR10 receptors from tissue lysates. It also detects CCR10 in cultured cells and tissue sections by immunohistochemistry.

Figure 1. Validation of the CC Chemokine Receptor 10 in transfected HEK293 cells. Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the CC Chemokine Receptor 10 (CCR10) were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-CCR10 antibody (7TM0067N) at a dilution of 1:1000.

Figure 2. Immunohistochemical identification of CC Chemokine Receptor 10 in liver. Sections were dewaxed, microwaved in citric acid, and incubated with anti-CCR10 (CC Chemokine Receptor 10) antibody (7TM0067N) at a dilution of 1:100. Sections were then sequentially treated with biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG and avidin-biotin solution. Sections were then developed in 3,3-diaminobenzidine (DAB)-glucose oxidase and lightly counterstained with hematoxylin.

Figure 3. Immunohistochemical identification of CC Chemokine Receptor 10 in kidney.
